TOO SKINNY, TOO FAT, TOO FIT, TOO UNFIT, TOO IMPULSIVE, TOO CONTROLLING, TOO STRICT, TOO FREE, TOO ADDICTED, TOO RESTRICTED...

Self Image. It needs to be addressed more often, in an honest, authentic and relatable way. It’s no topic to take lightly or simply brush over because the truth is, for too many of us it has and perhaps still is controlling our lives. Our thoughts, every day decisions, interactions with others and the way we live our lives can be affected. And perhaps in these moments we don’t realise just how controlling and deliberating it is. So let’s get real, let’s talk about it because it’s likely that we actually aren’t the only ones feeling this way. Let’s help each other out, be a listening ear and a shoulder to cry on. Let’s not be afraid to reach out for help so that we can have healthy bodies, healthy emotions and healthy minds.
